Curriculum vitae (“CV”)
You have the option of submitting your CV via our website, digitally via email or LinkedIn or by providing your CV to one of our consultants. You can do this either to apply for a specific advertised job or for consideration by us for relevant positions in the future. Your CV will be stored on our database, and will be accessible by our recruitment consultants in the UK. You are able to withdraw your permission for your data being held in this way at any time.
You can update your CV whenever you want to, by following the same procedure to submit a new CV. Your old CV will automatically be replaced and any changes in contact information updated.
How We Use Your Personal Data
Pam Anthony Recruitment takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose, share or sell your data without your consent, unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purposes specified in this notice. Where you have consented to us contacting you via email, telephone, social media, electronic newsletters with jobs vacant and industry-relevant information, you are free to withdraw consent at any time.

Pam Anthony Recruitment do not use any third-party/third-parties to provide our recruitment and consultancy services and business functions, and all below-named processors acting on our behalf (for the provision of website, email and database functionality) only handle your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Big Gun Digital
We use Big Gun Digital to host and maintain our website at pamanthony-recruitment.co.uk and they act in the capacity of a processor on our behalf to effect automated transmissions of online CVs, Client Contact requests and e-newsletter registrations to us, in order for us to meet business requirements. They also administer our Cookies policy including capturing appropriate browsing information for us to compile our Google Analytics statistics and optimise our SEO.

Venom IT
We use Venom IT to host our server, emails, Cloud desktop and recruitment software and also for our IT support.

We use Voyager to supply and maintain our recruitment software and provide a Help Desk service for any related database queries.

Constant Contact
We use Constant Contact to host our internet database for subscribers to, and recipients of our e-shot newsletters. The only data they hold is First and Last Names, Email addresses and Company Names where appropriate.
