Our client is a well-established, highly successful Direct Selling company in the Health & Wellness sector with a presence in 150+ countries worldwide.

They are now looking to hire an Events Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the event portfolio for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Collaborating closely with the sales team, you’ll spearhead the development, planning, and execution of events, ensuring all align with specific requirements, target the right audience, and achieve set objectives. Additionally, you’ll oversee and provide guidance to a domestic events team, including setting clear goals and targets for events, along with actionable plans to achieve them.

You will manage the organisation, communication, planning and execution of sponsored corporate events throughout the DACH region for 50-8,000 attendees.  This is an all-encompassing role and includes venue research, general project management and administrative responsibility for venue booking, speaker liaison, travel, delegate management, co-ordination of supporting logistics and internal & external communication.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience of working in events, proven experience of managing a team and excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.  You must also be willing to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends.
