ESSENTIAL are 1. a track record of success in direct selling organisations working closely with- or in- the field- recruiting and empowering, and 2. being a driver with your own car, and the flexibility to attend events across the country & be out working with the Field on a weekly basis (hybrid- working from home when not in the field).
