Working with a highly experienced Direct Selling team you will help develop their brand awareness, driving recruitment opportunities, creating engagement, onboarding and then building rank advancement through coaching and mentoring, and you will be instrumental in creating and delivering the field training schedule via socials/zoom/face to face.

Regional Sales Director – UK and Ireland

Our client is a global direct selling company and a pioneering force in the world of natural health and nutrition. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for creating and executing a successful strategy that will accelerate growth across the UK and Ireland. Successful candidates must have:

Country Manager Poland

Country Manager UK & RoI

Our client is an award-winning and highly successful direct selling company specialising in weight management products and plans.

The big focus of this Country Manager role will be on people and supporting our client’s network of Consultants across the UK & ROI. The Country Manager will lead the field, having overall accountability for the delivery of the strategy to achieve sales and consultant recruitment numbers, harnessing their direct sales experience whilst being supported by a talented group of regional managers in the field. The key responsibilities will be roughly split 50:50 between:

Field Operations

You’ll spend time in the field, business planning within our client’s consultant network, leadership groups and councils as well as leading and developing their employed regional sales managers all to achieve annual and long-term sales and consultant recruitment targets.

 Analytics and Insight

You’ll have access to data that you can then extract and analyse to build relevant reports that will form the basis of any change proposal and influence across market incentives.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader of people, having successfully led a team within a Country or region/territory previously. They’ll also be able to demonstrate their experience of influencing and delivering change programmes across areas such as compensation plans, technology or ways of working.

Head of Business Development

Our client is an award-winning and highly successful direct selling company specialising in weight management products and plans.

The Head of Business Development will provide leadership to a small team, developing and delivering our client’s international direct sales expansion strategy, as well as driving commercially strong relationships across their existing global distributor markets.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Lead on the creation, planning and continuous review of both owned and distributor market expansion plans
  • Delivery of a global framework for the research, planning, integration and execution of opening new markets
  • Identifying improvements across process/ways of working to achieve more efficient and multiple market openings

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of successfully opening or launching new markets or revenue channels in a consumer-led organisation from concept to launch. They’ll also have significant business development and strategic project development expertise
