Our client is a direct selling global brand in the beauty sector and their UK team are now looking to recruit a talented and dynamic Lead Generation & Sales Distributor Recruitment Executive to join them and help them elevate their successful brand.

This a dynamic and results-driven role focussed on Lead Generation & Sales Distributor Recruitment designed to expand the network of Distributors at a higher rate than has been achieved in 2024. This role is pivotal in identifying potential sales distributors, nurturing leads, and converting them into active Distributors who successfully sell the brands fantastic product range.

This is a performance-driven role with a base salary and benefits. It offers significant earning potential with commission-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and engage potential Sales Distributors through various channels, including social media, networking, referrals, online marketing, and events.

Skill sets, behaviours and experience

Proven experience in sales, recruitment and or lead generation (experience in direct selling is a plus).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Strong social media and networking skills to attract and engage potential Sales Distributors

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively.
