Our client is currently celebrating their 50th anniversary as a global direct selling business specialising in a top-end kitchen appliance, and due to their continued success there is now an urgent need to strengthen their support team based at their beautiful offices in Ascot.
The main function of the role will be to support the employed and self-employed teams as they work around the UK and Ireland to grow the sales force and to achieve sales targets. This involves supporting the sales team with commission queries, administering incentive results, ensuring timely communications to the salesforce and essentially providing a link between the field and the Head Office.
Candidates must have the ability to manage numerous tasks and to prioritise their time effectively. This is a pivotal role as it is critical to maintain high levels of energy and motivation when working with a remote salesforce and this is achieved through providing an excellent support structure.
Candidates will also need the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Highly organised
- Excellent at time management
- A team player
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Excellent at problem-solving
- Stays calm under pressure
- Previous experience of working in a Sales Support environment
- Direct Selling experience preferred but not essential
- Good proficiency in all usual Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc)
