Our client is a fast-growing US-based company selling a range of personal care products and nutritional supplements.
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to support the above markets by working closely with the Executive Leaders and a team of Account Managers to achieve the company goals.
Based at their Western European HQ , this role is a great blend of managing an internal team, having strategic input into the future direction of the support team and also working closely on coaching the higher levels of leadership in the field to ensure continued success. In addition to this, you will be working closely with the local marketing team to ensure the right support and communications are generated.
Applicants must have excellent leadership skills and be highly organised. Previous experience of working within a senior Distributor Support role or Key Account Management within a direct selling environment is an ideal background for this position.
Excellent French and English skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
