Our client is the world leader in essential oils and wellness solutions.
The primary focus of this role is to oversee the Country Managers across Europe and Russia to ensure that our client cultivates and increases field leadership by implementing innovative sales strategies and initiatives that will increase field acquisition, field retention and gross revenue.
The Sales Director for Europe will be responsible for developing and implementing a European sales business plan and for managing the European sales operations in line with the company’s strategic goals to grow sales and market share.
You must already be an experienced Sales Director with proven success within an MLM environment across Europe, who is able to lead, motivate and performance manage the Sales Team.
You will be an inspirational leader with high emotional intelligence, excellent people management and communication skills, and you will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong presentation skills and great stage presence.
You must be able to be based within a commutable distance to the European office in London, and speaking another European language would be a definite plus.
