Our client is a well-established, successful direct selling company specialising in weight management programmes and products.

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to provide maternity cover for their team for a 12-month period in order to ensure continuity of content and training to the field.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be involved in designing and delivering the L&D strategy to a network of Independent Consultants; creating content, designing material to upload onto their e-learning platform and co-ordinating with the UK Sales Team to provide expertise, advice and direction on learning content.

Applicants must have experience of e-learning L&D platforms, designing L&D content and delivering virtual workshops.  Knowledge and experience of the direct selling industry would be a great advantage but not essential.
