Founded in 2001, our client is a fast-growing, highly successful international MLM company specialising in beauty and nutrition products.
Due to their continuing success, they have created a new role which will initially be responsible for 14 markets across Europe with a view to expanding this internationally once the Sales Director has become established.
The primary focus of the role will be to build market share, connecting and networking with industry influencers to join the business and accelerate growth. There will also be responsibility for leading and developing a sales team of four Regional Managers to ensure that growth is in line with the company strategy and that KPI’s are achieved.
This role will involve a high degree of travel across the European markets to lead company opportunity presentations, develop new ‘green fields’, and train Regional Managers. Frequent field visits are an integral part of the company’s philosophy to work closely with the leaders to support their development.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales management role within direct selling, plus experience of managing a corporate sales team and a proven background in opening up new markets. They will need to be a natural and gifted sales networker with proven ability to deliver KPI growth, and cross-cultural/ European experience is a pre-requisite.
