Job Title: Head of Business Development

Our client is an award-winning and highly successful direct selling company specialising in weight management products and plans.
The Head of Business Development will provide leadership to a small team, developing and delivering our client’s international direct sales expansion strategy, as well as driving commercially strong relationships across their existing global distributor markets.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Lead on the creation, planning and continuous review of both owned and distributor market expansion plans
- Delivery of a global framework for the research, planning, integration and execution of opening new markets
- Identifying improvements across process/ways of working to achieve more efficient and multiple market openings
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of successfully opening or launching new markets or revenue channels in a consumer-led organisation from concept to launch. They’ll also have significant business development and strategic project development expertise
