Working as a Marketing Partner for a FinTech Incubator business giving their members access to emerging FinTech markets. With sustainability at the forefront they have created a unique and innovative business model, offering others the opportunity to grow substantial businesses with unlimited earning potential.
Reporting in directly to the COO, this role will be both strategic and hands-on as the company evolves and grows around the world.
Main responsibilities of this role will include driving global revenue objectives and sales KPIs through expansion of current markets and development of new markets. Identifying distributor needs and then defining and coordinating sales training programmes to ensure maximum impact. Using data analysis to develop plans and strategies for achieving the company’s sales goals and then gaining buy-in from the senior management team for implementation.
Interested candidates must be able to prove success in a network marketing environment leading teams on an international level and have experience of opening new markets. A genuine interest in FinTech is a pre-requisite as are excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English – knowledge of other languages a plus (especially Spanish or French). High levels of energy and a positive, flexible approach will also be required.
