Our client is an award-winning and highly successful direct selling company specialising in weight management products and plans.

The big focus of this Country Manager role will be on people and supporting our client’s network of Consultants across the UK & ROI. The Country Manager will lead the field, having overall accountability for the delivery of the strategy to achieve sales and consultant recruitment numbers, harnessing their direct sales experience whilst being supported by a talented group of regional managers in the field. The key responsibilities will be roughly split 50:50 between:

Field Operations

You’ll spend time in the field, business planning within our client’s consultant network, leadership groups and councils as well as leading and developing their employed regional sales managers all to achieve annual and long-term sales and consultant recruitment targets.

 Analytics and Insight

You’ll have access to data that you can then extract and analyse to build relevant reports that will form the basis of any change proposal and influence across market incentives.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader of people, having successfully led a team within a Country or region/territory previously. They’ll also be able to demonstrate their experience of influencing and delivering change programmes across areas such as compensation plans, technology or ways of working.
