Our client is a well-established and successful direct selling company specialising in weight management programmes and products. They currently have a small presence in Poland and are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Leader with strong and proven experience in building and developing a high calibre and motivated direct sales force to drive their growth and implement new, local strategies for success.
The Country Manager will be responsible for formulating a strategy to achieve annual and long-term sales and recruitment targets for the market through their network of Consultants, and will be a great leader who can inspire the field.

Please note the company doesn’t currently have an office in Poland so the role will be home-based initially with a full support team in the UK, and you will need to be able to travel to the Global HQ on a regular basis.
