Established for almost twenty years, our client is a highly successful creator of advanced skin care, aromatherapy and luxury spa treatments. Describing themselves as ‘a British brand with a Mediterranean soul’, their products are distributed at their own spa retreats, at various famous London flagship stores and also direct in the home through their network of spa-lifestyle consultants.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the main focus of the Business Development Managers’ role will be to build and develop a new direct sales team in specified areas around their home location. Recruiting, training and motivating a self-employed sales force towards the successful achievement of agreed sales budgets and other performance targets will be the primary responsibilities in this role.
Launching the business in areas where there is currently minimal coverage, the successful candidate will need to have proven experience in achieving excellent growth from their region through inspirational training and the development of Leaders, whilst still having the pioneering spirit and the tenacity required to build a self-employed network from a zero base.
Anybody wishing to apply for this role will need to have a minimum of two years senior management experience within a party plan or network marketing environment, a proven successful track record in sales, recruitment & leadership development experience and a proven ability to manage, motivate, influence and develop a self-employed sales force.
