An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a field-based Business Development Manager who will be accountable for leading the UK field-based sales team to drive sales and recruitment to meet and exceed the company field targets. You will be the ‘voice’ and ‘face’ of our client within the UK and Ireland, responsible for the performance of the field team, and providing support, coaching and training as necessary.
In this dynamic and all-encompassing role you will also assist with our client’s strategic planning, budgeting, KPI targets, goal setting and sales/budget attainment.
