Our client is a global Direct Selling company who are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to support the growth of their business in the UK.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, coaching and developing new Distributors
- Managing the existing self-employed sales force and motivating them to achieve the company’s targets and their own business goals
- Developing and implementing a strategic business plan to increase the company’s customer and distributor base
You will have had proven experience and success as an Area or Region Sales Manager in a direct selling environment, and will be eager to progress to the next level in your career.
This role is home/field-based and will suit a proactive individual with excellent communication and presentation skills in English, strong business acumen and a talent for mentoring, coaching and people management.
