Founded in 2002, our client is a multi level marketing company that specialises in dietary supplements and personal care products. Following their successful launch in the UK, the company are now looking to expand their European business further in the Netherlands.
Reporting to the European Sales Director, the Sales Manager will support the development and performance of all sales activities for the Dutch market and will also be involved in helping to develop business strategies and budgetary plans.
Key responsibilities will include working with field leadership to drive growth and meet operational goals, inspire and mentor the assigned sales team, and build a strong relationship with Field Associates to achieve their business goals. The Sales Manager will also provide consistent communication on the compensation plan, promotions and our client’s culture.
Applicants must have a proven successful background within an MLM or Direct Sales environment and professional experience in a supervisory / management role.
This role is home/field-based and will require some travel as required by the needs of the business
